-When booking a car rental with Greek-EcoCars, we will ask for the followinginformation : main driver’s/contact person’s full name, age, email and mail, phonenumber and mobile number,as well as flight number and hotel details if applicableContact details such as email address, telephone and mobile number are requested inorder to provide quality services and support throughout your travel experience. Ourstaff will use this information to send you all necessary travel related information,such as confirmation of booking, instructions on how to collect your rental car,therental terms as well as information regarding confirmations or changes that affect yourbooking. We will never share your personal information with unauthorized users.You are also requested to provide part of the above information for any additionaldrivers added to the booking.

-When paying by credit/debit card: The payment process through Greek-EcoCars is fullycompliant with the European Union’ 2nd Payment Directive (PSD2), which was incorporatedinto Greek legislation by law 4537/2018 and with immediate enforcement as of 01/01/2021.During the payment process through our website or following after an offer received fromone of our staff, you will be directed to a secure payment page where you can safelyprovide the card type, name of cardholder, card number, expiration date and CVV2. Yourcard details are automatically encrypted and sent directly to the affiliated creditinstitution to authenticate and process the payment.Greek-EcoCars does not store or process credit/debit card details nor does our staffhave access to this information at any time.

-When registering to receive our newsletter you provide your email address, name andsurname, enabling us to contact you. Our newsletters are seldom and focus on thebeginning of the booking season, special offers, other travel opportunities provided byus or our partners. You may also receive a customized survey for the purpose of ratingyour recent car rental experience.You can use the unsubscribe feature at any time to stop receiving our newsletters.

-When you contact our office or our customer service staff, you will be asked toprovide personal information such as your name or email address so that we can assistyou with your request. In addition, your call may be recorded.
